MAXI-LOAD® LEAF SPRING LIFTING KITS

Leaf spring lifting kits provide efficient solution in the following cases:

• If vehicle needs to have higher position from ground due to any reason.
• If leaf spring lost its stiffness after some years therefore the vehicle sits deeper than earlier. In such cases the leaf spring does not have to be replaced but can operate properly with the help of a lifting kit. 
• If the weight inside the vehicle is not symmetrical (e.g. special equipment is installed on one side) therefore the vehicle tilts to one side. In this case the vehicle can be adjusted back to normal stage.

The vehicle is lifted with spacers that can be set to 20 mm, 40 mm or 60 mm according to preference. The profile of the spacers is specific according to vehicle leaf spring center bolt and positioning hole on the axle. The spacers are built underneath the leaf spring. Since the leaf spring will be thicker, longer U-Bolts are needed accordingly. 

 

 

 MAXI-LOAD® LEAF SPRING LIFTING KITS

MAXI-LOAD® lifting spacers are adjustable and can be set to 20 mm, 40 mm or 60 mm. Longer U-Bolts are also supplier in the kit.

 

This solution can be combined with the Maxi-Load Rubber Helper spring and this way the vehicle has both stronger and higher suspension. In many cases this is the only efficient solution, if a vehicle is regularly used under significant overload.
